How to sync Shopify policies and pages?

Sync Shopify policies like refund policies, shipping policies. etc., and store pages to help your AI chat assistant answer better.

1. From the 'Knowledge' page, visit the 'Pages & policies' section. 

2. Now, click 'Sync pages & policies'

3. For pages, choose from the pages available on your Shopify store.

4. For Shopify policies, choose from the policies added to your Shopify store.

5. Once done, pages and policies will be synced in few seconds. 

Now customers will get answers to queries about the policies and pages you have synced.
