How to add Frequently Asked Questions?

Let your AI chat assistant answer common queries by adding 'frequently asked questions' (with answers). 

1. From the 'Knowledge' page, choose 'FAQs'

2. Click 'Sync FAQs' add the common queries to the knowledge base.

 3. Add the FAQ with the answer. You can add more such FAQs to the knowledge base.

FAQs will be synced in few seconds to the knowledge base.
