Identify orders converted and assisted by 'AskTimmy' app by adding tags to orders.
1. By enabling this you can add tags to orders such as:
- asktimmy-assisted
- asktimmy-converted
You can enable this feature based on your needs.
2. AskTimmy.ai charges based on usage, which is determined by the number of AI responses provided to your store visitors.
We recommend setting your budget as low as possible initially, and then gradually increasing it as we fine-tune the AI system. This approach will help avoid any billing surprises.
In addition to a monthly budget, you can also set a daily limit on the number of replies per user.
This ensures that no single customer can exhaust all your AI replies in one go.
